Shipping Information

Below You will find important information regarding our shipping methods and procedures.

Domestic

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order.  You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking/delivery confirmation number via the e-mail address you supply when you place your order.  If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via the same e-mail address.

We currently ship via UPS® to US and Canada addresses only.

Any free shipping promotions are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.  Free shipping promotions apply to US orders only.

International Shipping

Currently not available via the website.  Please call or email for more info/rates.

Returned Shipments

We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an invalid shipping address supplied by the customer.  When a package is returned to us as Undeliverable, the customer will be notified by email.  The merchandise total (minus shipping charges) will be refunded to the credit card used in the transaction.  If the customer still wishes to receive the merchandise, they will need to place a new order.
